All 4 You Support and Gardening Services require a service agreement with all NDIS participants using our services.
If a participant no longer requires a support service All 4 You Support and Gardening Services require cancellation of service to be done within 24 hours before shift is to be carried out via text message or phone call.
Our Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote.
All invoices are issued on the day of service. Payment is due on the day the service has been completed.
We accept cash, Eftpos, AfterPay, and Visa on completion of service as well as online bank transfer or deposit into our bank account.
Bank account details are printed on your invoice.

A reminder notice will be issued 5 days after invoice due date. If payment is not received before your next scheduled service date All 4 You Support and Gardening Services may cancel your service until payment is received in full.
All 4 You Support and Gardening Services requires cancellation of service to be done within 24 hours before your regular scheduled lawn maintenance is to be carried out via text message, phone call or email.
Pricing is based on a few factors. Factors taken into consideration when we provide quotes include but are not limited to:
1. Tips fee
2. The size of the yard
3. Quotes also include GST.
4. Location and distance we must travel.
5. If there are steep areas, multiple levels, etc.
6. The number of areas requiring edging and mowing
7. Quotes also cover a percentage of our insurance, work cover, etc.
8. If we need to move obstacles before, we start the job or during the job.
9. Equipment: This depends on what we need to use to do the job successfully.
10. Fuel for equipment and vehicles: As fuel has risen in price, we also need to keep up with fuel costs to run said items.
11. A portion of the quote goes to wear and tear on our equipment to be able to replace or fix any equipment and
12. A portion of the quote goes to wear and tear on our vehicles to keep up with maintenance.
Each job is unique in many ways, and we quote each job on these different factors.
However, we do not muck around and like to get in and out as quickly as possible while doing each job at a high standard.
We service the Clarence Valley. FREE quotes for all properties 30mins from Grafton NSW.
Any quotes requested outside of these areas will be factored into the quote.
Due to increases in running costs every year we may need to re-evaluate your service fee. In the event of an increase, you will be advised 14 days prior with an explanation.
All jobs will include a lawn mow, edges done and a blow down to remove as much of the clippings from hard surfaces as possible. Anything extra can be arranged and will be charged within a pre-agreed price range.
Weekly and fortnightly services are available on request by the customer.
We offer additional services which can be included in your service agreement.
Please feel free to inform us of any added services during your quote.
We can offer these services as a one-off or can include them in your regular lawn maintenance program.
If wet weather is forecasted on the day of your scheduled mow, All 4 You Support and Gardening Services will attempt to carry out your scheduled mow, whether it means mowing your lawn a few days earlier or a few days after schedule.
If you are having a special event and require your service on a specific day or time, or wish to add an additional service, please advise us as early as possible to allow us to accommodate your needs.
We can catch grass clippings and dispose of them in your Green Waste Bin.
If your Green Waste Bin is full or we are unable to use it at the time of service, an additional cost will be charged, which is based on council fees and labour costs for us to take grass clippings away, alternatively, the lawn will be mulched.
We can include Green Waste Removal in your Regular Lawn Maintenance quote.
Council fees are passed on directly to you. The fees listed below do not include labour costs and are subject to change without notice.

Locked Gates
If we cannot gain access to a yard, All 4 You Support and Gardening Services reserves the right to charge a service fee to cover travel expenses from $20.00 (or more depending on the location of the property) which will be invoiced that day.
Obstructed Access
Please ensure your lawn and access points are clear of parked vehicles. If All 4 You Support and Gardening Services is unable to access parts of your property, the regular service fee will be charged.
If you do not have a regular mowing service and your lawn becomes overgrown by the next scheduled visit, extra charges may apply.
Lawn Debris
Please ensure your service areas are free from pet droppings, toys, bones, rocks, or any other type of debris before your service day. These types of items are very hazardous if hit by mower blades and can result in serious damage to your property, and equipment, or serious injury to our staff or others.
If we observe debris left on the lawn and removal is needed an extra fee will be added to your service.
If items cannot be removed, we will not be able to mow that area and will charge your normal service fee.
We are happy to provide a quote to include clearing areas of debris in your regular service if this is required.
Pets
All pets (cats and dogs) are to be locked away for the safety of your pets and our workers.
Children
At All 4 You Support and Gardening Services we do ask all children to not be playing outside while we are providing a service for their safety.
We do request an adult to inform workers if a child needs to walk near a worker while equipment is on. This way we can shut off equipment that is in use in that area until the child is at a safe distance or can no longer be seen. This is for the child's safety.
All 4 You Support and Gardening Services will send a reminder text 24 hours before your scheduled service.
This is to ensure access is available, obstructions are removed from the service area and payment is ready.
At All 4 You Support and Gardening Services, safety is our highest priority. Due to the nature of our work, we MUST take care and ensure the terrain is safe before proceeding with services. This can take extra time and the Client, by engaging our services, understands the importance of this.
We are professionals and take all due care to ensure that incidents do not occur, but accidents can happen. We carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind, however, not all damage is automatically covered.
Please ensure your service areas are free from loose property such as play equipment, toys, pet bedding, rocks, etc. before your service day. These types of items are very hazardous if hit by mower blades and can result in serious damage to your property or equipment, or serious injury to our staff or others.
It is the Client’s responsibility to minimise the risk of such an incident, and it is recommended that the Client remove any items or debris from our mowing path before we arrive to commence work. If these items cannot be removed, then it is recommended that the Client highlights or alerts us to these items in some way prior to us starting.
If we observe debris left on the lawn, we will take all measures to avoid that area to prevent property damage.
We are happy to provide a quote to include clearing areas of debris in your regular service if this is required.
It is the property occupant’s responsibility to remove anything that can be damaged by a projectile ejected from our equipment during a mow before we arrive to commence work.
We may not be automatically liable for damage from projectiles ejected from our equipment while servicing your property. If an accidental breakage does occur then, we carry public liability insurance and we will make sure the incident is investigated.
Be assured if damage occurs while we are on-site, we will notify you immediately and discuss the incident and options for repair. If you discover a breakage after we have serviced your property (e.g., broken car or house window, etc), please call us immediately.
Do not move or clean up anything as we need to be able to investigate and take photos of the incident/area without the area being interfered with.
If a vehicle or other items are moved from the location where damage has occurred before we are given the opportunity to inspect the damage, we cannot be held liable for repairing the damage or any costs incurred in repairing the damage.
